Pipe Union Machine
- Purpose:
- Completely machine both male and female halves of pipe union from cast iron with 20-second cycle time
- Part Variants:
- Accommodate a family of parts of pipe unions ranging from 1/4″ to 1-1/4″
- Special features:
- Dual-tray robotic loader
- Touch screen operator interface.

- Magnetic chip separator and conveyor
Pipe T-Joint Machine
- Purpose:
- Completely machine pipe T-joints from iron castings.
- Part Variants:
- Accommodate a family of parts of t-joints
- Special features:
- Robotic loader
- Touch screen operator interface
- Mitsubishi control
Tungsten Carbide Ring ID Grinder
- Purpose:
- One machine replaces multiple grinders and eliminates inconsistencies and time-consuming manual handling from repeated re-chucking.
- Variants:
- Accommodate different ring sizes and different grinding angles. The machine is designed so it is possible to add even more grinding spindles.
- Special features:
- B-axis rotary table for workpiece spindle can rotate ± 45 °
- Super high precision diaphram chuck
- Multiple grinding spindles for different grits of diamond wheels
- FANUC control
